Especially, the legendary migration of wildebeest and zebras from Serengeti to Masai Mara is an impressive natural spectacle (usually between July and October), in which the big cats are not missing.
In general, you will be overwhelmed by the abundance of wildlife.
Not only the Big Five are here at home, but the large herds of herbivores and giraffes in the vast savannah are particularly fascinating for visitors.
Tip: book a balloon ride, a once in a lifetime experience — fly over the vastness of the savannah — early in the morning when the sun rises, followed by a champagne breakfast!

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
This day offers you plenty of time for game drives in this magnificent habitat. If you opt for a full day game drive (at an additional cost), you will go to the Mara River, with picnic lunch under a tree, watch hippos and crocodiles and, with a bit of luck, you might experience a river crossing (around July – October).
Or you can choose the option with early morning and afternoon game drive (meals at the camp) and enjoy the amenities of your camp during the hot part of the day or study the bird life around you.
You will be back at the camp for dinner and will be spoiled by the chef. You can end the day with a drink at the campfire (B/L/D).
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Ukunda/Diani Beach
Today you save the park entrance fee and enjoy the atmosphere and the birds in and around your camp and the delicious breakfast (for an additional charge an extra park fee for early morning game drive is possible).
You will be taken to the airport in time for your return flight at 10:30 am, from where you will arrive in Ukunda/Diani Beach after a 2-2.5 hours’ flight. After arrival a driver with name sheet is expecting you and brings you back to your accommodation in Diani (F).
