3 Days Jeep Safari Tsavo East National Park & Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

Around sunrise – at 6 am – we will pick you up from your accommodation at Diani Beach. You start your bush adventure. You drive to Buchuma Gate (entrance to Tsavo East), about 130 km. From now on: open your eyes and discover the first wild animals! Not only elephantsturn red by the soil, warthogs, buffalo, zebras and many others are also often colored.

Your first game drive will take you to your camp, which you will reach for lunch. Then you relax a bit or watch the animals at the waterhole.

Around 3.30 pm it gets cooler and the animals are active again. Time to go on the next game drive (don’t forget binoculars and camera!). The red soil of Tsavo East will accompany you until sunset and offer a wonderful panorama – 1 overnight in Satao Camp (L/D).

Use the camp’s wake-up service because today you start before breakfast. At 6.30 am you go on early morning game drive. It’s still cool and the elephants, giraffes, buffalo or even big cats are often active around this time. After that, not only does the lion’s stomach growl, but you too have earned your breakfast.

After breakfast, continue to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a private sanctuary, where you will take an first game drive en route to your lodge, which you will reach for lunch.

You can then take a rest or watch the animals from the safe height. At 4 pm you will go on another game drive and admire lions, buffalo, elephants and antelopes.

Even today you should get up early and use the early morning hours to go on a game drive. After that, breakfast tastes twice as good!

Then final game drive before you slowly heading back to the coast. You will have lunch in a restaurant on the way to Mombasa. In the afternoon you will return to your accommodation at Diani Beach (B/L).
